Return Process

  Ensure the items are unused, seals are intact, and products are placed back in their original Venalisa branding boxes.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
